Match format: Three 1-minute periods with full overtime
Tournament format: Pool play with crossover finals
Team constraints: Max of 8 wrestlers per team. Each team must have at least one wrestler over 30 years old and at least one wrestler over 40 years old compete in at least 1 dual each
