About Our Club
The Adult / Master’s Program focus is to promote Freestyle, Greco-Roman, and Folkstyle wrestling by offering wrestlers, grapplers, people with a martial arts background,s or anyone interested in learning about wrestling. We have people give people with differing styles, ages, and abilities the opportunity to work out with others in a mixed open mat and formal instruction format.
The advantage of mixed-format training is it allows wrestlers to direct workouts to meet their personal goals from staying physically fit, learning new techniques, drilling techniques, wrestling situations, or training for competitions.
All participants are encouraged to bring work out partners, but you’ll always find someone present to wrestle or volunteer coach. We will welcome mature high school wrestlers with prior approval
Schedule: Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm
