Tuesdays (only for wrestlers who are actively competing):
6:00 – 8:30p Advanced Technique w/Coach Petrosyan
Learn advanced technique from and defending multiple-time Masters/Veterans Freestyle World Champ.
Thursday (only for wrestlers who are actively competing):
6:00 – 8:30p Advanced Technique w/Coach Schwartz
Learn advanced technique from a CIF State Championship team Coach and defending multiple-time Masters/Veterans F/S & G-R World Champ.

10a -12:30p @ OPEN MAT – Crossfit Vibe 2925 Airway Ave, Unit B, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (this activity is NOT for “Beginners”, or those who are out-of-shape, only experienced Wrestlers allowed), for Adult Wrestlers this is a good chance to test yourselves versus some Vanguard University wrestler
