About Our Club:
Spokane Wrestling is a year-round, brick & mortar wrestling club. We have wrestling practice for adults (18+), a cardio & weight-lifting room, and an outdoor area to work on conditioning.

Schedule:
Our adult class schedule is Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm. Dates and times may change.
