We offer classes ranging from beginners MMA, adult wrestling, youth wrestling, Muay Thai, boxing, women’s self defense, and more!
Schedule of classes/sessions:
M: 5:30 – Youth wrestling & MMA, 6:45 – Grappling and striking
T: 5:30 – Youth wrestling & MMA, 6:45 – Boxing
W: 5:30 Women’s self defense, 6:45 – Grappling and striking
Th: 5:30 – Youth wrestling & MMA, 6:45 – Muay Thai
F: 6-8 Open Mat (free time with instructor present to learn anything you’re interested in)
Sat: 11 – Boxing, 12 – Adult Wrestling
Pricing:
$100 unlimited membership (classes/Mat time, includes 24 hour access to gym)
$75 unlimited classes for 1 discipline
$100 unlimited youth membership (3 classes per week)
$10 drop in fee for non-members to classes
