Highly Experienced Coaches: Training led by national and international champions, world medalists, and masters of sport, offering unparalleled expertise and personalized instruction.

Schedule:
Adult practice is Monday – Friday from 6pm to 8pm (Freestyle and Folkstyle)
Friday from 8pm-9pm Greco, Saturdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm and Sunday from 1pm-2pm
