Schedule
6pm-6:45pm Weigh-ins at the Gastropub Volleyball Complex
6:30-7:30pm Open sand for wrestlers to practice, play around, experiment, warm up, etc.
7:30pm – Rules/demonstration
8pm-10pm- Competition and Awards (for all age groups except 16U/Juniors*.
