18+ and out of high school
We had almost 100 wrestlers last year from 18 to 60 both men and women
Divisions: Based on Age, Sex, Weight, and Experience
Expected weight classes: 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 190, 220, HWT
Bout Length: 2 min, 1 min, 1 min (overtime: 1 min SV, 30 sec rideout)
Format: Double Elimination, Round Robin for 3-man brackets, Challenge Matches
Rules: NFHS HS
Uniforms: Singlet or tight-fitting shorts and short-sleeved shirt, wrestling shoes or barefoot, headgear optional
Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place individuals
SCHEDULE
Weigh-ins: Friday 7-9p OR Saturday 8-9a
Wrestling starts at 10:00a on Saturday
